With two user-friendly quotation methods, buyers can choose materials individually or select a budget and style for a corresponding material list.

Design Management
Design Management services work closely with the project's urbanists and architects to bring their ideas to life. We offer two categories: renders and placemaking. Renders create realistic visuals that can be transformed into immersive experiences. Placemaking approaches focus on consulting a strategy to engage the community throughout the design and project development. Aiming to create an inclusive identity that is supported locally and globally recognized.
Urban Management
Pre-development consulting services categorize projects by urban scale, guiding the informational needs. Consultants analyze the urban environment, legal aspects, and client requirements to develop idea conceptualization, preliminary studies, and strategic frameworks. This comprehensive approach facilitates strategic planning for successful project implementation and inclusive communication utilizing placemaking tools.
